根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及其它有关法律、法规，结合本市住宅装饰装修的特点，甲、乙双方在平等、自愿的基础上协商一致，就乙方承包甲方的住宅装饰装修工程（以下简称工程）的有关事宜，达成如下协议：

Under the "Contract Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the characteristics of the city housing decoration, A, B sides of equality, consensus on a voluntary basis, to Party A Party B shall undertake decoration of residential projects ( hereinafter referred to as projects) and related matters, agree as follows:
