根据《中华人民共和国经济合同法》和《建筑安装工程承包合同条例》及有关规定，结合工程的具体情况，签定本合同。
第一条 工程项目
(一） 工程名称：广州市。

(三） 工程内容：9层/1幢（R.C框架），建筑面积6500平方米。
(四） 承包范围：按甲方提供的综合楼工程施工图纸规定内容：包括基础，土建，室内水电安装工程;外墙贴条形砖、窗用广铝1.2mm厚白铝合金、5mm厚白玻璃，室内房门用木夹板、杉木门框，室外大门用豪华型“二合一”金属花饰户门，厨厕墙身贴1.8米高150×150白瓷片、地面铺防滑砖、设大号便池蹲厕，其他另按装修协议。
(五） 乙方分包工程：                                              
由乙方分包的工程必须另签合同。
