填  表  须  知
 
1、工程量清单及其计价格式中所有要求签字、盖章的地方，必须由规定的单位和人员签字、盖章。
2、工程量清单及其计价格式中的任何内容不得删除或涂改。
3、工程量清单计价格式中列明的所有需要填报的单价和合价，投标人均应填报，未填报的单价和合价，视为此项费用已包含在工程量清单的其他单价和合价中。
4、  金额（价格）均应以人民币表示。
5、其他未说明的参见《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2003）中有关规定。
6、投标工程量清单报价表按本卷《工程量清单》给出的表格顺序编制。
7、各《单位工程费汇总表》不单独列“措施项目清单计价”、“其他项目清单计价”、“规费”、“税金”，统一汇入《单项工程费汇总表》的相应项目中。
8、在《分部分项工程量清单计价表》中，每页的右下角均应有“本页小计”、“截止本页累计（指分部工程的截止本页累计）”或“分部工程合计”。且规定工程量清单项目编码的前6位相同即为一个分部工程，需单独起一页。
9、对于含有防水层内容的工程量清单项目，在填写《分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表》时，除体现该项目的综合单价分析外，同时还应体现该项目中不同防水层、不同防水找平层、不同防水保护层等各部分内容的单价分析，且细化部分的内容的字体形式为“斜体”（如：范例所示）。除上述在《分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表》中对不同内容进行了单价细化分析的清单项目名称可以简述外（但其中各部分的描述必须详细），其它未进行细化分析清单项目名称均不允许简述。
