致:湘潭至邵阳高速公路工程建设指挥部
1、在研究了上述项目第三合同段（K9+000～K10+000）的招标文件和考察了工程现场后,我们愿意按人民币（大写）肆佰叁拾伍万壹仟玖佰零壹元整（￥4，351，901）的投标总价，遵照招标文件的要求承担本合同工程的实施、完成及缺陷修复工作。
2、第三合同段K9+000～ K10+000，长1.000km，技术标准一级，有盖板涵2座，计长103.210m，通道2座计69.880m，以及其他防护排水工程等。
3、如果你单位接受我们的投标，我们将保证在接到监理工程师的开工通知书后，在本投标书附录内写明的开工期内开工，并在 12个月的工期内完成本合同工程，达到合同规定的要求，该工期从本投标书附录内写明的开工期的最后一天算起。
4、如果你单位接受我们的投标，我们将保证按照你单位认可的条件，以本投标书附录中写明的金额提交履约担保。
5、我们同意在从规定的开标之日起120天的投标文件有效期内严格遵守本投标书的各项承诺。在此期限届满之前，本投标书始终将对我方具有约束力，并随时接受中标。
6、在合同协议书正式签署生效之前，本投标书连同你单位的中标通知书将构成我们双方之间共同遵守的文件，对双方具有约束力。
7、我们理解，你单位不一定接受最低标价的投标或你单位接到的其它任何投标。同时也理解，你单位不负担我们的任何投标费用。
8、随同本投标书，我们出具金额为人民币贰拾万元的投标担保。如果我们在本投标文件有效期内撤回投标文件；或不接受依据本须知第23条的规定对投标价算术错误的处理；或在接到中标通知书后的28天内未能或拒绝签订合同协议书；或未能提交履约保证金，你单位有权没收投标担保金，另选中标单位。
