前言:
丢单是行业渠道在项目投标和竞标中经常遇到的,失利的因素有多样。标书制作是否规范、对于项目的投标和竞标是否具备规划性和技巧性、项目管理思路清晰与否等因素都会影响到中标率。
《投标技巧》是联想大客户应用集成部专门为联想行业代理开发并设置的投标技能类课程,主要分为三部分,投标书的制作、投标流程和投标技巧,课程以问答的形式简明扼要地将投标竞标过程中涉及的问题进行了解答。
