    为使已出版的《电力工业标准汇编》具有连续性，中国电力企业联合会标准化部从1996年起，按综合、电气、火电、水电四卷每年将编辑、出版上年度标准汇编，以满足当前电力系统广大技术人员的需要。本卷为《电力工业标准汇编•电气卷1996》。
    本标准汇编收集了1996年颁布的有关电力工程设计、建设、生产运行等方面的国家标准、行业标准及相应标准的编制说明和条文说明，还收录了以前汇编中遗漏的几个标准。
    本标准汇编中所有的标准都是最新颁布的，其名称和编号均采用已颁布标准最新版本的用名和编号，并按顺序号列出，以方便查检、使用。但是，在有的标准内容中引用的标准，其编号可能不是最新的，请读者在使用时注意。凡本年度标准汇编中收入的标准与在此以前出版的《电力工业标准汇编》中的标准重复时，以本年度标准为最新有效版本，并替代原标准，被修订或被替代的标准即废止。此外，在汇编各标准时，对原标准内

Compilation Description
