220千伏辛堤头变电站工程达标投产复检意见.doc.doc

为了贯彻落实国家电网公司国家电网基建[2005]255号《关于印发国家电网公司输变电工程达标投产考核评定办法（2005版）的通知》精神，根据开封供电公司《关于对220千伏汝阳（曙光）变电站工程达标投产复检的请示》，河南省电力公司组织有关专家于2008年4月16日至17日在河南电网建设管理公司组织达标投产自检基础上进行了复检。复检情况报告如下：
一、工程概况
220千伏宋城（辛堤头）变电站工程为新建工程，站址位于连霍高速公路与金明大道交口西南，占地面积约为30亩。建设规模为主变规划容量:3×150兆伏安, 本期1×150兆伏安。220千伏出线规划6回，本期2回，两回出线为剖接开封火电厂∽杏花营变220KV线路，东剖接线由开杏线火电厂侧进入220KV出线间隔自东向西数第一出线间隔，长度0.45千米；西剖接线由开杏线杏花营变侧进入220KV出线间隔自西向东数第一出线间隔，长度0.75千米。110千伏出线规划10回，本期3回。10千伏不对外出线，仅带站用变和无功补偿装置。主变10千伏侧配置2组7500千乏电容器。审定本工程概算总投资为6830万元。
