1 　前言
PVC 电线配管在安装施工中逐渐成为主要材料,这类材料具有轻质、绝缘性能好、施工简便的优点,又是建筑业重点推广的十项新技术之一,因此,颇受设计施工人员的青睐。但由于在暗敷施工中尚存在一些质量问题,直接影响到工程质量和PVC 管的推广应用。在当前消除质量通病活动中有必要作为一项内容采取必要的技术措施彻底予以消除。

2 　常见质量通病
(1) 材质差、管壁厚度不能满足标准要求;
(2) 接头不使胶或插接不牢,承接长度不足;
(3) 多管平行暗敷时排列不整齐,配置保护层厚度不符合标准要求;
(4) 进箱、盘、盒处管距狭窄、位置不正确不顺直、长短不齐;
(5) 箱、盘、盒内配管不加护帽、锁母;
(6) 塑料管弯折扁曲变形影响穿线;
(7) 箱盒、灯位处PVC 配管不到位;
(8) 配管周围无合理间隙或固定点少,个别配管无固定点,造成抹灰面空鼓。

3 　产生原因及消除措施
