一、施工前控制要点
1、 审核承包单位的技术资质证明文件、专业人员的资格证上岗证。
2、 审核承包单位的施工方案和施工组织设计。
3、 审核施工测量成果报验表、复查桩位、控制标高等。
4、 检查进入现场的成品桩，接桩用电焊条等产品质量及出厂技术质量合格证书、品种、类型、规格（桩径、管壁厚、桩长强度、质量（外观应符合设计要求和国家现行标准《先张法预应力砼管桩》GB13476-92的规定及验收规范的规定。
5、 审查打桩设备的技术性能资料是否满足工程实际的需要。如选择柴油打桩锤，应考虑如下问题：
（1） 要保证单桩承载力能达到设计要求（国内经验，每个型号的柴油锤，其最大成桩能力（单桩极限承载力，约为100倍的型号数（KN），如D45型，最多可打极限承载力4500Kpa）。
（2） 要考虑桩的入土深度即桩的自重大小（凭经验按锤重与桩重的比例，对一般土质取0.5，若软土较厚可取 0.4）。
（3） 要根据土质、岩性和布桩状况来选择锤型，每根桩的总击数宜在1500击以内。
（4） 要保证冲击压应力不超过桩身砼极限强度的50%。
