《地下工程防水技术规范》的通知

建标[2001]140号

根据我部《关于印发一九九八年工程建设国家标准制订、修订计划(第一批)的通知》(建标[1998]94号)的要求，由国家人民防空办公室会同有关部门共同修订的《地下工程防水技术规范》，经有关部门会审，批准为国家标准，编号为GB 50108—2001，自2001年12月31日起施行，其中，3．1．8、3．2．1、3．2．2、4．1．3、4．1．6(2、3)、4．1．18、4．1．22(1)、4．3．4、5．1．3、5．1．4、9．0．5(1)为强制性条文，必须严格执行。自本规范施行之日起，原国家标准《地下工程防水技术规范》GBJ 108—87、《地下防水工程施工及验收规范》GBJ 208—83同时废止。

本规范由国家人民防空办公室负责管理，由总参工程兵科研三所负责具体解释工作，建设部标准定额研究所组织中国计划出
版社出版发行。

"Underground waterproof technical specifications" of the notice

Construction Standard [2001] 140

In my department, "published in 1998 on the construction of national standards, the revised Scheme (the first) in Notice" (construction standard [1998] No. 94) requirements, by the National Civil Air Defense Office, together with relevant departments of the revised "underground waterproof technical specifications", by the relevant hearing, and approved as national standard, numbered as GB 50108-2001, since December 31, 2001 shall come into force, which 3.1.8,3.2.1,3 .2.2,4.1.3,4.1.6 (2,3), 4.1.18,4.1.22 (1), 4.3.4,5.1.3,5 .1.4,9.0.5 (1) for the mandatory provisions must be strictly enforced. Since the effective date of this specification, the former national standard "underground waterproof technical specifications" GBJ 108-87, "construction of underground works and the acceptance of" GBJ 208-83 shall be repealed simultaneously.
