1　主要内容与适用范围
本标准规定了塔式起重机（以下简称起重机）的工作人员及其在作业中的指挥、使用、操作、拆装和维修的要求。
本标准适用于轨道式、轮胎式、履带式、附着式、爬升式和固定式起重机。

3　起重机的司机、拆装工、指挥人员（信号工）及指挥信号
严禁起重机司机（以下简称司机）、拆装工、指挥人员酒后作业。
3.1　起重机司机
3.1.1　司机应年满18周岁，具有初中以上的文化程度。
3.1.2　每年须对司机进行一次身体检查，患有色盲、矫正视力低于1.0、听觉障碍、心脏病、贫血、美尼尔症、癫痫、眩晕、突发性昏厥、断指等妨碍起重作业的其他疾病者，不能做司机工作。
3.1.3　司机必须经过省、市级劳动部门或其指定的单位进行培训，也可以由专业（技工）学校培训。培训时间不得少于六个月。培训的内容应包括基础理论知识和实习操作两个部分。
