3.0.3 居住建筑通过采用增强建筑围护结构保温隔热性能和提高采暖、空调设备能效比的节能措施,在保证3.0.1、3.0.2相同的室内热环境指标的前提下,与未采取节能措施前相比,采暖、空调能耗应节约50%。
4.1.5 条式建筑物的体形系数不应超过0.35,点式建筑物的体形系数不应超过0.40。
4.2.1 外窗(包括阳台门的透明部分)的面积不应过大。不同朝向、不同窗墙面积比的外窗,其传热系数应符合表4.2.1的规定。
