1 总则
1.0.1 为了加强城市污水处理厂工程质量管理，明确城市污水处理厂工程质量验收要求，保证工程质量，制定本规范。
1.0.2 本规范适用于新建、扩建、改建的城市污水处理厂工程施工质量验收。
1.0.3 城市污水处理厂工程质量验收规范中未涉及的内容和检测办法，按现行国家的有关规范和标准执行。
1.0.4 城市污水处理厂工程质量验收规范除执行本规范外，尚应符合国家现行有关规范、标准。
2 术语
2.0.1 污水处理　sewage treatment
指城市生活污水及工业废水经处理达到设计排放标准。
2.0.2 污水处理构筑物　sewage treatment structure
按污水处理工艺设计的污水进水闸井、进水泵房、沉砂池、初沉淀池、二次沉淀池、曝气池等。
2.0.3 污泥处理构筑物 sludge treatment structure
按污泥处理工艺设计的污泥浓缩池、污泥消化池等。
2.0.4 工艺管线　technical pipeline
指污水处理构筑物和污泥处理构筑物及各机房之间的各种连接管道。包括污水管、给水管、回用水管、污泥管、出水压力管、空气管、热力管、沼气管、投药管线等。
2.0.5 污水处理厂建筑物 sewage treatment plant construction engineering
指各项机械设备的建筑厂房及运营管理的建筑工程。包括鼓风机房、污泥脱水机房、发电机房、变配电设备房。综合办公楼等。
2.0.6 配套工程 auxiliary engineering
指为污水处理厂生产及管理服务的配套工程。包括厂内道路、照明、绿化、厂区给排水等工程。
2.0.7 自控及监视系统 Autocontrol and automated monitoring system
是污水处理厂自动化管理系统，通过控制器、模拟盘、计算机系统进行生产运行调度。
2.0.8 杯口　cup rabbet
指拼装水池底板预留的凹槽。

1 General
1.0.1 In order to enhance the quality of urban sewage treatment plant project management, specifically the quality of urban sewage treatment plant inspection requirements, to ensure quality, development of this specification.
1.0.2 This standard applies to new construction, expansion, renovation of urban sewage treatment plant construction quality inspection.
1.0.3 Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Quality Acceptance is not related to the content and testing methods, according to the current state of implementation of relevant norms and standards.
1.0.4 Urban Sewage Treatment Plant in addition to the implementation of this quality acceptance norms, there should be consistent with current national norms and standards.
2 Terminology
2.0.1 Sewage sewage treatment
Means the municipal sewage and industrial waste water treated to meet the design emission standards.
2.0.2 sewage treatment tank sewage treatment structure
By the sewage treatment process design intake wells, water pumping stations, grit chamber, primary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tanks, aeration tanks.
2.0.3 Sludge treatment tank sludge treatment structure
Sludge treatment process design according to the sludge thickening tank, sludge digestion tank and so on.
2.0.4 Process pipeline technical pipeline
That sewage treatment tank and sludge treatment tank and the piping connection between the various rooms. Including sewers, water supply, recycling water, sludge management, water pressure pipe, air tube, heat pipe, gas pipe, pipeline and other dosage.
2.0.5 Sewage Treatment Plant building sewage treatment plant construction engineering
Refers to the construction of the plant and machinery and equipment operation and management of buildings. Including the blower room, sludge dewatering room, generator room, transformer substation equipment room. Office building and so on.
2.0.6 supporting auxiliary engineering works
Sewage treatment plant means the production and management services supporting projects. Including plant roads, lighting, green, plant water supply and drainage works.
2.0.7 Automatic Control and Monitoring System Autocontrol and automated monitoring system
The sewage treatment plant automation management system, through the controller, analog disk, the computer system of production run scheduling.
