    现批准《建筑拆除工程安全技术规范》为行业标准，编号为JCJl47—2004，自2005年3月1日起实施。其中，第4．1．1、  4．1．2、  4．1．3、  4．1．7、  4．2．1、  4．2．3、  4．3．2、  4．4．2、  4．4．4、  4．5．4、  5．0．5条为强制性条文，必须严格执行。
    本标准由建设部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。

前言
 根据建设部建标[2003]104号文件的要求，规范编制组在深入调查研究，认真总结国内外科研成果和大量实践经验，并广泛征求意见的基础上，制定了本规范。
 本规范的主要内容是：
 1．一般规定；
 2．施工准备；
 3．安全施工管理；
 4．安全技术管理；
 5．文明施工管理。
 本规范由建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释，由北京建工集团有限责任公司负责具体技术内容的解释；

Ministry of Construction No. 304 on the published industry-standard "building demolition project safety specifications," the notice
    Are approved "building demolition project safety specifications" as the industry standard, numbered JCJl47-2004, from March 1, 2005 into effect. Of these, 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3, 4.1.7, 4.2.1, 4.2.3, 4.3.2, 4.4.2 , 4.4.4, 4.5.4, 5.0.5 for the mandatory provisions shall be strictly enforced.
