建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范
JGJ 130-2001
中华人民共和国建设部2001-02-9批准   2001-06-01实施
 
1 总则
1.0.1 为在扣件式钢管脚手架设计与施工中贯彻执行国家的技术经济政策,做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用、确保质量,制定本规范。
1.0.2 本规范适用于工业与民用建筑施工用落地式(底撑式)单、双排扣件式钢管脚手架的设计与施工,以及水平混凝土结构工程施工中模板支架的设计与施工。
单排脚手架不适用于下列情况:
(1) 墙体厚度小于或等于180mm;
(2) 建筑物高度超过24m;
(3) 空斗砖墙、加气块墙等轻质墙体;
(4) 砌筑砂浆强度等级小于或等于M1.0的砖墙。
1.0.3 扣件式钢管脚手架施工前,应按本规范的规定对脚手架结构构件与立杆地基承载力进行设计计算,但在本规范第5.1.5条规定的情况下,相应杆件可不再进行设计计算。
1.0.4 扣件式钢管脚手架施工前,应根据本规范的规定编制施工组织设计
1.0.5 扣件式钢管脚手架的设计与施工,除应符合本规范的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关强制性标准的规定。


2 术语、符号
2.1 术语
2.1.1 脚手架
为建筑施工而搭设的上料、堆料与施工作业用的临时结构架。
2.1.2 单排脚手架(单排架)
只有一排立杆,横向水平杆的一端搁置在墙体上的脚手架。
2.1.3 双排脚手架(双排架)
由内外两排立杆和水平杆等构成的脚手架。
2.1.4 结构脚手架
用于砌筑和结构工程施工作业的脚手架。
2.1.5 装修脚手架
用于装修工程施工作业的脚手架。
2.1.6 敞开式脚手架
仅设有作业层栏杆和挡脚板,无其它遮挡设施的脚手架。
2.1.7 局部封闭脚手架
遮挡面积小于30%的脚手架。
2.1.8 半封闭脚手架
遮挡面积占30%~70%的脚手架。
2.1.9 全封闭脚手架
沿脚手架外侧全长和全高封闭的脚手架。

1 General
1.0.1 steel tubular scaffold in the design and construction of the technical implementation of national economic policies, be technologically advanced, economical, safe application, to ensure quality, development of this specification.
1.0.2 This standard applies to industrial and civil construction with a floor (bottom brace type) Single, double-breasted piece design and construction of steel scaffolding and concrete construction in the level of support the design and construction of the template.
Single-row scaffolding does not apply:
(1) wall thickness of less than or equal to 180mm;
(2) building height more than 24m;
(3) empty bucket brick walls, block walls, and so lightweight aerated wall;
(4) Mortar strength classes less than or equal to M1.0 brick wall.
1.0.3 before the construction of steel tubular scaffold, the provisions of this Code shall be scaffold pole bearing capacity of structural members and design calculations, but in this specification under Article 5.1.5, the corresponding bar design can no longer calculate.
1.0.4 steel tubular scaffold before construction should be based on the specification requirements of the construction organization design.
1.0.5 steel tubular scaffold design and construction, in addition shall comply with the provisions of this specification, there should be consistent with current national mandatory standards.


2 terms, symbols
2.1 Terminology
2.1.1 Scaffolding
For the erection of the building construction and materials, reactor materials and temporary structures used in construction operations aircraft.
2.1.2 Single-row Scaffolding (one bent)
Only a row of pole, horizontal bar horizontal shelving in the wall on one end of the scaffold.
2.1.3 Scaffolding double (double-bent)
Two rows from the outside pole and the horizontal bar and other form of scaffolding.
2.1.4 Structure of Scaffolding
For masonry and construction work of the scaffolding structure.
2.1.5 fitting scaffolding
Construction work for the renovation scaffolding.
Open 2.1.6 Scaffolding
Work only with layer fence and block feet, no other shelter facilities in the scaffolding.
2.1.7 Partial closure of scaffolding
Block area of less than 30% of the scaffold.
2.1.8 Semi-closed Scaffolding
Block area of 30% to 70% of the scaffold.
2.1.9 All closed Scaffolding
Along the lateral length and full height scaffolding scaffolding closed.
