    本标准规定了建筑用塔式起重机在设计、制造、安装使用、维修、检验等方面的安全技术要求。
    本标准适用于各种建筑用塔式起重机(以下简称起重机)。
    本标准不适用于汽车式、轮胎式及履带式的塔式起重机。

    3整机
    3．1起重机的工作条件应符合GB9462中的有关规定。
    3．2起重机整机的抗倾翻稳定性(包括工作及非工作)应符合GB／T13752中4．3条的有关规定。
    3．3起重机应保证在正常工作或开始倾翻时，平衡重不位移、不脱落。当使用散粒物料作平衡重时应使用平衡重箱，平衡重箱应能通畅排水，而散粒物料不掉落。
    3．4起重机出厂时应在明显位置固定产品标牌及生产许可证的标志。
    3．5起重机出厂时需提供的随机技术文件应符合GB9462中的有关规定。
    3．6使用单位应为起重机建立设备档案，档案应包括：
    a．每次启用时间及安装地点；
    b．日常使用保养、维修、变更、检查和试验等记录；
    c．设备、人身事故记录；
    d．设备存在的问题和评价。
1 Subject Matter and Scope
    This standard specifies the design of tower crane for construction, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, testing, and safety aspects of Jishuyaoqiu.
    This standard applies to all kinds of construction tower crane (the crane).
    This standard does not apply to vehicle type, tire type and crawler tower crane.

    3 machine
    3.1 crane working conditions should be consistent with the relevant provisions of the GB9462.
    3.2 crane anti-tipping stability of the whole machine (including work and non-work) should be consistent with GB/T13752 the relevant provisions in 4.3.
    3.3 The crane shall ensure that work or start tipping, the balance weight does not shift, do not fall off. When using granular materials should be used to balance weight balancing weight boxes, boxes should be able to re-balance the smooth water, and granular materials do not fall.
    3.4 crane factory should be fixed in the apparent position of products and production license plate logo.
    3.5 crane factory were required to provide technical documentation should be consistent with the relevant provisions of the GB9462.
    3.6 The crane should be established using the unit equipment file, the file should include:
    a. Opening time and place of each installation;
    b. Daily use of maintenance, repair, alteration, inspection and test records, etc.;
    c. Equipment, personal accident records;
    d. Equipment problems and evaluation.
