3、工程质量目标
（1）消除不合格工程，杜绝质量隐患；
（2）分项工程合格率100%，优良率达到90%以上；
（3）分部工程质量合格率100%，优良率达85%以上；
（4）单位工程竣工一次交验合格，观感得分率90%以上；
（5）结构确保长城杯，争创竣工鲁班奖。
4、施工组织
4.1施工组织系统
该工程采用项目负责制，为确保合同规定工程质量，公司经研究决定，由公司副总经理×××挂帅，并在公司内抽出业务水平、管理水平高、具有丰富施工经验的精干管理人员组成××大厦项目经理部承担工任务。

4.2 职能分工及职责
4.2.1 项目部经理岗位职责
（1）对所承担的项目工程质量全面负责，组织贯彻国家和上级关于质量工作的方针政策、法规的落实。
（2）决定项目年度质量目标质量实施计划，主持质量工作会议，明确项目管理，执行验证等人员职责和权限。
（3）组织人力物力，资源活动，分析质量情况，采取收正措施和预防措施。
（4）负责本项目部接受质量体系审核的准备工作，参加管理评定。
4.2.2项目部生产副经理岗位职责
