1-1-1工程概况
XX市第一人民医院新住院大楼建设工程，建设地点位于湖南省XX市第一人民医院院内。建筑物地上为14层，其中1-4层为裙楼，其中3-4层之间设有一层设备层，4-14层为主楼，地下层为1层，屋顶设电梯机房、储藏间等，总建筑面积为53000m2，其中主楼建筑面积为32588 m2 ，裙楼1-4层建筑面积为16180 m2，地下层建筑面积为4232 m2，建筑总高度为54.30m，框架结构、地下层部分为剪力墙结构，设计建筑结构的安全等级为二级，耐火等级为一级，本工程结构设计使用年限为50年。
本工程各层建筑功能分别为：
地下层：车库、消防水池、值班室、冷冻机房、配电房等，层高为5.50m；
一层：大堂、药库、商店、银行、消防控制室等，层高为4.20m；
二层：计算机中心、康复中心、血库、各专业治疗室等，层高为3.80m；
三层：家属等候区、餐厅、更衣室、手术室等，层高为4.50m；
设备层：电缆井、管道井等，层高为2.19m；
四层：外科病房、示教室、护士站等，层高为3.61m；
五层：活动室、示教室、妇科病房、产科病房等，层高为3.60m；
六层：活动室、示教室、标准病房、新生儿科等，层高为3.60m；
