一、窗台新的施工工艺
窗台渗漏的原因：
（1） 窗台顶面外侧部分坡度不够，出现倒泛水；
（2） 窗台抹灰不平，没有向外的坡度；
（3） 窗框与抹灰面接触处，填塞不实、封闭不严或密封胶开裂。
新的施工措施：
1、 在贴外墙面砖时，按照窗台的控制标高留置窗台面，并将窗台顶面面砖按30~40的坡度粘贴。
2、 窗洞口抹灰时，在窗框处，沿窗台顶面面砖里边沿，用水泥砂浆做一高20~30mm的台阶，并且窗框下面的抹灰向外略微倾斜（框是弹性安装，四周要留5~8mm的空隙，抹灰面略微放坡，不影响窗框安装）。
3、 在窗框安装好后，岩棉或巴提玛枪式聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂填塞密实，在窗框两侧缝隙用硅酮密封胶密封即可。
通过采用上述方法，消除了窗台倒泛水现象，解决了窗台渗漏的问题，效果良好。

二、防止地面砖空鼓的措施
1、 基层必须认真清扫干净，并洒水充分湿润，湿润时间一般为24h，且无积水现象，以保证垫层与基层结合良好。
