将检验项目:
1、熟悉图纸,找出图纸所示的各个避雷接地的接地体的位置,需要焊接的部位等;
2、在土建施工无防水要求的基础或深基础时,根据图纸和设计的要求部位,弹线定位所需要焊接钢筋的位置;
3、根据图纸要求,将底板筋搭接焊好,钢筋的搭接尺寸应不小于直径的6倍。且应双面施焊,焊接牢固,并应清除焊渣。
4、在将主筋与底板筋进行搭接焊,检查不应有漏焊,且主筋的根数不少于2根,并在地面以下焊接接地连接板,并应及时清理焊渣。
5、在回填土完毕后,应测试接地电阻,若不满足,可从接地连接板做人工接地体,达到满足设计要求为止。
6、避雷带施工:避雷卡子的间距应控制在1m,且应生根于女儿墙的圈梁,避雷带的搭接焊,应在镀锌圆钢的6倍以上(即100mm左右),在阴阳角等部位应做成圆弧状,避雷带应与屋顶所有铁质器件可靠连接,保证接地连续性,最后将引下线(不少于2根主筋)分别与避雷带可靠焊接。
