由中建七局四公司中标承建的广西南宁市邕江民生广场平台A标段工程（全部平台工程分A、B两个标段），是南宁市136的重点工程，也是市政府的主抓工程，地处南宁市江滨路，平台面积为1.4万平方米，造价约1800万元，按三级平台设置，是南宁市集防洪、休闲为一体的一大景观。要求施工工期：170天（日历天），2003年8月三日主体全部施工完毕。
主要工程内容：平台土建[含桩基础（大直径反循环泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩）]、安装工程。（不含预制板制作安装）
