④预制构件安装

C预制构件进场要检查板端是否堵孔（进入板端4cm堵孔），如未堵应补堵，楼板有裂缝者，不得使用。预制构件安装铺放后，支座用水淋湿，再用10厚1：2.5水泥砂浆坐浆，安装时，构件留40-60mm板缝，内附加1φ8钢筋，缝内采用C20细石砼浇灌密实。板缝施工层不能在结构施工层进行，以避免板的变形，振动影响板缝质量。
