二、施工条件
      （1）基层墙体经过工程验收达到质量标准，方可进行外墙外保温施工。
      （2）基体墙体上的脱模剂、混凝土残渣、灰土等杂物必须清理干净，墙面平整超差部分应剔凿或修补。
      （3）伸出墙面的（设备、管道）连接件已安装完毕，并留出外保温施工的余地。
      （4）门窗洞口经过验收，洞口尺寸、位置达到设计和质量要求，门窗框或辅框应已立完。
      （5）建筑物基层在正负风压作用下其层间位移小于1／360。
      （6）外墙外保温施工的墙体基面的尺寸允许偏差：
