泰州桩基工程特点、要点及施工工艺(素材)

一、设计要求
1、根据工程地质条件、各建构筑物上部荷载的情况及对沉降的要求,本工程将采用PHC管桩及浅层地基处理方法.
2、主厂房基础、汽机基础、锅炉炉架、集控楼、烟囱基础、煤系统等荷载较大,对沉降的控制标准较高,采用Φ600PHC130(110)桩;主厂房附属设备基础、炉后构筑物、电除尘、烟风道支架、风机基础、A排外构筑物、干煤棚、化水等采用500×110PHC管桩;循环水管沟、材料库、油泵房、推煤机库等辅助、附属建构筑物将采用水泥搅拌桩.
3、PHC管桩采用锤击沉桩法。入土深度约为50米和39米左右,达到持力层⑧粉细砂层和⑥层。
4、管桩各部位根据设计要求进行送桩,深度约2-7米。
二、工程特点
1、由于本工程地处长江滩塗地质条件

3, PHC pile used Driven Piles. Embedded depth of about 50 meters and 39 meters to reach the bearing layer ⑧ ⑥ layer and layer of fine sand.
4, pipe design requirements for each part sent under the pile, the depth of about 2-7 meters.
