建筑防水新技术
8.1 新型防水卷材应用技术
新型防水卷材是具有特定的长度、宽度和厚度的柔性防水材料。根据防水
卷材的主要原料可分为两大类:高聚物改性沥青类防水卷材、合成高分子
防水卷材。
8.1.1 高聚物改性沥青防水卷材应用技术
(1) 主要技术内容
高聚物改性沥青防水卷材,是以高聚物改性沥青为涂盖物以聚酯胎、玻纤
胎等为胎体,表面覆以聚乙烯膜、铝箔膜、砂粒或页岩片的防水卷材。
主要品种:1)SBS(弹性体)改性沥青防水卷材:以SBS 改性沥青类防水
卷材为主的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材还包括SBR、EPDM 等弹性体改性沥青
防水卷材等;2)APP(塑性体)改性沥青防水卷材:以APP 改性沥青类防
水卷材为主的塑性体改性沥青防水卷材还包括APAO、或APO 改性沥青防水
卷材等。SBS 改性沥青防水卷材的低温性能较好可达25℃, 可在温度较
低条件下施工,耐高温性能为90℃~100℃。APP 改性沥青防水卷材耐高
温的能力强可达110℃~130℃不流淌,低温性能可在﹣15℃~﹣10℃。适
用于温度较高环境及外露使用。高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的胎体性能对应
用效果影响极大;应首选强度和延伸率均好的长纤维聚酯胎或无碱、低碱
玻纤胎高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。高聚物改性沥青防水卷材应重点推广达
到标准中Ⅱ型指标要求的SBS(APP)改性沥青防水卷材产品。重点推广厚
度达到4mm、3mm 以上规格的产品和热熔施工法,一般可根据设防要求分
别采用双层(4mm+4mm;4mm+3mm;3mm+3mm)或单层(4mm)作法。
(2) 主要技术指标
高聚物改性沥青防水卷材执行《弹性体改性沥青防水卷材》GB18242-2000
和《塑性体改性沥青防水卷材》GB18243-2000 等标准的规定。
(3) 适用范围
SBS(APP)改性沥青防水卷材适用于工业与民用建筑的屋面与地下1~4
级防水设防。
(4) 已应用的典型工程
SBS(APP)改性沥青防水卷材已在国内外广泛应用于工业与民用建筑的屋
面与地下防水工程。目前年用量达6000~7000 万m2。典型工程如:首都
机场2、3 号航站楼地下防水、中关村西区、北京新闻中心、
