近年来,随着新材料的不断涌现和人们对建筑物节能要求的不断提高,外墙外保温技术作为一种新的节能技术,无论从节能机理和节能效果来说,都具有相当大的优点,其推广和应用已经成为一种必然趋势。相对于外墙内保温来看,外墙外保温具有以下主要优点:
1、保护主体结构,延长建筑物的寿命。
由于保温层置于建筑物围护结构外侧,缓冲了因温度变化导致结构变形产生的应力,避免了雨、雪、冻、融、干、湿循环造成的结构破坏,减少了空气中有害气体和紫外线对围护结构的侵蚀。事实证明,只要墙体和屋面保温隔热材料选材适当,厚度合理,外保温可有效地防止和减少墙体及屋面的温度变形,有效地消除顶层横墙常见的斜裂缝或八字裂缝。因此,外保温既可减少围护结构的温度应力,又对主体结构起保护作用,从而有效地提高了主体结构的耐久性,故比外墙内保温更加科学合理。
2、结构变形产生的应力层基本消除了"热桥"的影响。
