顶棚抹灰层脱落事故分析及处理.doc

  某6层商用综合楼，混凝土框架整体式楼（屋）盖结构。结构为C25商品混凝土，用多层胶合木模板成型，脱模剂采用乳化废机油。其二、三层为洗衣、净菜业务用房，结构构件处于潮湿大气环境。为防止冷凝结露带来的危害，现浇混凝土楼板顶棚面层为厚20mm 1:3水泥砂浆抹灰，涂料二度刷白。水泥砂浆采用42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥及当地优质河砂（中砂）。抹灰层施工时间在3月中旬，而后进行楼面面层水磨石施工。事故发生时已完成二～四层水磨石地面铺贴，但尚未进行门窗框安装。
