奥体工程质量监督工作方案.doc

为提高监督工作质量，增加透明度，使监督工作制度化、程序化，根据国务院《建设工程质量管理条例》和国家有关建设法规、强制性标准，制定南京奥体中心工程质量监督工作方案，请建设各方配合执行。由于目前所出具的设计图纸只到桩基工程，基础、主体、屋面、装饰、设备安装等工程的监督重点，待其图纸到位后另行制定。
