　　外墙涂料施工后墙体出现返碱现象一直是困扰施工人员的一大难题 , 这一问题会导致漆膜变色、褪色、表面残留结晶盐。传统观点认为 : 水泥或白灰基层固化不良 , 含有过高的水分 , 墙面有碱性物存在 ;施涂后将基层封闭 , 水汽不能渗出 , 形成不平衡状态 , 导致底层中的碱性物质、盐类析出 , 使涂膜丧失附着力而脱落。
