1、连接件安装工艺及技术方案
  1.1工艺流程说明：
   工艺流程：熟悉图纸及技术交底→熟悉施工现场→寻准预埋铁件对准竖梁线→拉水平线控制水平高度及进深位置→点焊→检查→加焊→防腐→记录。
1.2 基本操作说明：
   1.2.1 熟悉图纸：了解前段工序的变化更改及设计变更。
   1.2.2熟悉施工现场：施工现场的熟悉包括两方面的内容，一是对已施工工序质量的验收；二是对照图纸要求对下步工作的安排。
   1.2.3寻准预埋铁件：预埋铁件的作用就是将连接件固定，使幕墙结构与主体砼结构连接起来。故安装连接件时首先要寻找原预埋件，只有寻准了预埋件才能很准确地安装连接件。
   1.2.4对照竖梁垂线：竖梁的中心线也是连接件的中心线，故在安装时要注意控制连接件的位置，其偏差小于2mm。
