一、编制依据：
《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》JGJ80-91
《高处作业吊篮安全规则》JGJ5027
《建筑施工安全检查标准》JGJ59-99
《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》JGJ46-2005
二、方针目标计划
在施工中，始终贯彻“安全第一、预防为主”的安全生产工作方针，认真执行国务院、建设部、北京市关于建筑施工企业安全生产管理的各项规定，重点落实北京市建委、北京市劳动局发布的《北京市建筑施工现场安全防护基本标准》，把安全生产工作纳入施工组织设计和施工管理计划，强化安全生产管理，通过组织落实、责任到人、定期检查、认真整改，实现“杜绝因工死亡事故，重伤事故、轻伤事事故控制在最低”的工作目标。
三、安全管理措施
成立由项目经理部安全生产负责人为首，各相关生产
