 北京市三露厂生产、科研、培训综合楼位于北京市经济技术开发区，北临13号路，南临荣华路，东面是隆庆路。由轻工业部规划设计院设计，中国建筑科学研究院北京凯勃建筑监理公司监理，北京市质量监督站四室监督，业主为北京市三露厂，由中建一局五公司总承包施工。
工程占地面积25070m2，+0.00绝对标高为31.76m，室外绝对标高为30.56m，室内外高差为1.2m，工程总建筑面积为42848m2，其中首层面积为9091m2，为地下一层，地上A段为四层，B段为四层局部六层，C段为五层和六层的综合性建筑，地下一层层高为4.8m和6m，地上一至六层层高分别为6、4.8。本工程结构体系为现浇框架结构，抗震等级为二级，基础形式：A段、C段为筏基，B段为独立柱基础，基础防水采用结构自防水和SBS防水卷材。
