本工程位于*********、*****路南侧，工程结构形式为钢筋砼框架结构，内
设电梯一部，层数*层（局部*层），均为办公用房。工程建筑面积*****㎡，室内
地坪±0.000 相当于绝对标高+4.200m，室内外高差0.500m。本工程结构框架体
系混凝土强度等级为C25，均采用商砼现浇。墙体材料外墙采用240 厚MU10 多
孔砖，内隔墙采用轻质粉煤灰中型砌块，M5 混合砂浆砌筑。
本工程由******开发建设，*****设计有限公司设计，****工程建设监理事务
所监理，****公司总承包施工。目前本工程已完成装饰工程各分部分项的施工任
