2006年工程部在公司的领导下,对工程的安全、质量、进度、投资等方面进行管理。没发生重大的安全、质量事故;在项目管理上没出现大的管理纰漏;在进度方面,一期工程已全部封顶,有超过半数的工程已完成粗装修的百分之八十,电梯、窗已进场安装。二期工程也有八栋楼正在进行主体工程施工,一期外网已开始施工铺设,小区环境建设也已进入设计阶段。基本完成公司总体计划目标,2#、3#、4#、5#、6#楼工期滞后脱了整个工程的后腿。
回顾2006年,工程部仍需在以下几个方面注意加强改进和提高。
