建筑面积：总建筑面积29590m2，其中地上部分27931.46 m2（商服4975.62m2、住宅12691.44m2、办公10264.4m2），地下部分1658.54 m2 。
建筑层数：二十六层，地下一层为车库，一至三层为商服，四至十三层为办公，十四至二十六层为住宅。
工程结构：地下一层至三层为框支结构，四层以上为剪力墙结构。
