华中科技大学教工高层住宅楼工程拟建于华中科技大学校区内，由华中理工大学建筑设计研究院设计，是学校教职工出资兴建的，本次投标为第Ⅲ标段，除桩身以外的土建、室内给排水、电气，除电梯以外的设备安装及消防工程。
