1.1工程概况
（一）建筑设计
本工程为宏全企业（长沙）有限公司仓库建筑工程。地处湖南省宁乡县经济开发区，建筑面积为16250m2 ，建筑耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级，设计使用年限为50年，建筑层数为1层，建筑高度为11米。
（1）墙体设计：
本工程墙体均采用MU10机制红砖，墙厚均为240mm，各轴线均为框架柱的中心线。
墙身防潮层设在室内地坪-0.06米标高处，具体做法为20厚1：2.5水泥砂浆掺5%防水剂。
