一、工程概况
广西建筑综合设计研究院职工高层集资住宅楼为含一层地下室的二十五层剪力墙结构高层住宅楼。工程位于南宁市南京路西、华东路北的综合设计研究院内，本项目的施工图由广西建筑综合设计研究院自行设计。总建筑面积12580m2。
本楼平面由三个矩形居室绕电梯间组合而成，呈酒杯形，长向30.8m，短向22.8m；其中，北面两矩形居室平行布置，长向17.8m，宽向16.3m，端头与南面矩形垂直而交，南面矩形长向22.8 m，短向宽11.2
