第一节  编制说明
    本工程是由广东移动深圳公司兴建的通信机楼，主要为各种通信设备机房，位于深圳市龙岗新技术产业开发区内，西侧靠近长兴南路，南侧与公安消防队相邻，东侧靠着一条小路，北面为小区的商业中心，周围规划是居民住宅区。用地面积3726.7㎡，地上六层，建筑高度28.1米，总建筑面积5941㎡。我公司凭借多年的同类建筑施工经验、雄厚的技术管理力量、经济实力和机械设备拥有量，凭借良好的信誉，无论从施工方案、人员设置、机械配备，或者材料供应、服务等方面都会全力以赴争取中标，如果中标，我们将会把此工程列为我公司的重点工程项目，以全公司为依托、为后盾，优质高速地完成本工程的施工，交出让用户满意的精品。

Land area of 3726.7 square meters, floor six, building height of 28.1 meters, total construction area of 5941 square meters.
