一、　编制依据

本施工组织设计作为指导投标的依据，编制时对项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量控制措施、安全生产保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。
本施工组织设计依据以下几项编制：
一、韶关卫校颁发的“韶关卫校综合楼（学生公寓）（教学楼）施工招标书”。
二、韶关市建设局文件《韶关市建设工程现场文明施工管理办法》。
三、地震出版社出版的《建筑安装工程施工组织设计集》。
四、现行国家有关规范、标准和规程。
