上海长江国际商贸中心住宅楼围护工程施工组织设计.doc

1、前言
上海长江国际贸易中心住宅楼工程位于上海市宝山区江杨南路东侧、殷高西路北侧、高镜路西侧，由上海长江国际商业有限公司筹建。监理单位为上海申安建设工程监理有限公司，总承包单位为浙江海滨建设集团（沪）。围护工程设计单位为上海现代建筑设计集团有限公司，设计采用复合土钉墙围护及放坡大开挖两种形式，基坑围护的施工任务由武汉丰达地质工程有限公司上海分公司承担。为保证围护的质量及施工进度，满足设计和建设方的要求，做到“优质、高效、安全、低耗、文明”的完成本项目，特编制本施工组织设计。
本施工组织设计根据下列依据编制而成：
一、 设计图纸及其有关要求；
二、 现行的有关技术规程、规范：
1、 《上海长江国际贸易中心住宅部分岩土工程勘察报告》（2005-SH8）；
