1-1-1工程概况
XX师范学院新校区综合教学楼建设工程，建设地点位于XX市，共六层，屋顶设电梯机房等，建筑占地面积3198.76m2，建筑面积为14653.71m2。建筑高度23.05 m，框架结构，框架抗震等级为三级,抗震设防烈度为七度,防火等级为二级,屋面防水等级为二级，工程设计建筑耐久年限为50年。
本工程各层建筑功能分别为：
一层：门厅、教室、配电室、值班室、内院、观景平台、厕所等，层高3.90m；
二层：教室、办公室、教师休息室、厕所等，层高为3.60m；
三至四层：计算机教室、教室、办公室、教师休息室、厕所等，层高为3.60m；
五至六层：教室、办公室、教师休息室、厕所等，层高为3.60m；
屋顶层：屋顶为设备用房及电梯机房等，层高3.60m。
防水工程：本工程防水等级为二级，屋面防水采用屋面钢筋混凝土刚性自防水和卷材防水相结合，防水层采用SEP复合防水卷材（有保温隔热层），面贴地砖。
大楼外装饰为：外墙面主要为乳白色外墙漆，装饰线条为200mm宽咖啡色色带，局部为玻璃幕墙，窗台以下部
