一、编 制 依 据
    1.1 业主提供的招标文件和施工图纸。
    1.2 国家现行的《工程施工及验收规范》、《建筑安装工程质量验收评定标准》。
    1.3 地方和行业现行有关建筑安装工程操作规程及技术标准。
    1.4 国家和省市有关安全生产、文明施工的规定和要求。
    1.5 现行有关省、市工期定额和预算定额。
    1.6 施工现场条件和地质情况。
    1.7 我公司现行的ISO9002标准文件。

二、工 程 概 况
台州黄岩滨江世纪双江小区安置房四标段工程，总建筑面积约11090m2，建筑物总长102.04m,总宽30.24m,总高42.2m。
2.1 建设地点：台州市黄岩滨江世纪双江小区。
2.2 建设单位：台州市黄岩沤滨江世纪工程建设指挥部。
2.3 设计单位：台州市城乡规划设计研究院。
2.4 结构层次：地下部分一层，作自行车库用，防水采用结构自防水层设计，防水等级二级。地上部分，6#楼十一层，局部十二层，全框架结构。5#楼六层、7#楼五层，5#、7#二层以下砖混结构，以下框架结构。
2.5 桩基础：桩基为予应力管桩，由建设单位
2.6 室外装饰：外墙一、二、三均为水泥砂浆粉刷外做涂料面层，外墙四为面砖饰面，东西山墙加防水处理，20厚1：3水泥砂浆粉刷外层加弹性水泥抗裂防水厚质涂料，外墙面的划分详见立面图。
2.7 内墙装饰：详见下表
2.8 屋面工程：屋面一，保温非上人屋面，采用刚性柔性双道防水，屋面二，坡屋面（英红瓦屋面），具体部分
