一、工程概况及工程特点：
    1.1工程概况
本工程为进雄工业园生产厂房仓库工程，建筑西面与已建首期厂房相邻，东面邻324#国道，场地比较平坦，拟建工程为三层框架工业通用厂房。
拟建工程平面呈“一”字形，建筑布局为：柱网为8.3×8.4、五跨60个开间，底层层高5.5m，二、三层层高4.8m，总高度为19.50m，建筑东西长99.8m，南北宽42.2m，在⑦、⑧轴间设抗震缝，建筑面积为13153.93m2。
