本工程砌体：±0.00以下M5水泥砂浆MU10标准砖砌筑，±0.00以上为M5混合砂浆MU10KP1多孔砖砌筑，外装修为1:3水泥砂浆打底,1:2水泥砂浆粉面，乳胶漆饰面；内装修为1:1:6混合砂浆打底，1:0.3:3水泥混合砂浆粉面，刷内墙乳胶漆，卫生间为270×152釉面瓷砖，门窗为本白色塑钢门窗，屋面为彩钢瓦屋面，设100mm 玻璃棉保温层；办公楼屋面为二道设防保温卷材防水屋面。
