(GB50223—95)
1.总 则
1.0.1 为使建筑的抗震设计有明确的设防等级,以合理使用建设资金,减轻地震灾害,特制定本标准。
1.0.2 本标准适用于设防烈度为6~9度地区的建筑抗震设防分类。
1.0.3 有特殊要求的建筑和本标准未列的行业的建筑抗震设防等级,由有关部门根据实际情况比照本标准做专门规定。
1.0.4 各行业、各部门的建筑抗震设防等级的行业标准,应符合本标准对建筑的抗震设防等级标准的原则要求和规定。
2.术 语
2.0.1 抗震设防等级划分 抗震设计中,根据建筑遭遇地震破坏后经济损失和社会影响程度及其在抗震救灾中的作用,对建筑所作的设防等级分类。
2.0.2 直接经济损失 建筑及设备、设施本身破坏的损失,以及其停产所受的损失。
2.0.3 间接经济损失 建筑及设备、设施破坏,导致停产所减少的社会产值,修复所需费用,救灾费用以及保险补偿费用等。
2.0.4 社会影响 主要指建筑破坏导致人身伤亡和居住条件、福利条件、生产条件以及生态环境污染等造成的损失。
2.0.5 动力系统建筑 指供电、供热、供水、供气系统的建筑。
3.基本规定
3.0.1 建筑抗震设防等级的划分,应综合考虑下列原则:
3.0.1.1 社会影响和直接、间接经济损失的大小。
3.0.1.2 城市的大小和地位、行业的特点、工矿企业的规模。
3.0.1.3 使用功能失效后对全局的影响范围大小。
3.0.1.4 结构本身的抗震潜力大小、使用功能恢复的难易程度。
3.0.1.5 建筑各单元的重要性有显著不同时,可考虑进行局部的等级划分。
3.0.1.6 在不同行业之间的相同建筑,由于所处地位及受地震破坏时产生后果及影响的不同,其抗震设防等级可以不同。
3.0.2 建筑应按其使用功能的重要性,分为甲、乙、丙、丁四类,其划分应符合下列要求:

1. General
