内容：
本工程结构所用材料均应符合国家规范标准，砼强度等级均按以下规定：主台仓筏板基础及剪力墙为C40，柱为C35，梁、板、楼梯为C30。
一、 材料要求：
商品砼
二、 主要机具；
砼泵车，插入式振捣器、棒，木抹子，铁插尺，胶皮水管，铁桶，塔式起重机。
三、 作业条件：
1． 浇筑砼层的模板，钢筋，预埋件及管线等全部安装完毕，经检查符合设计要求，并办完隐蔽、自检手续。
2． 浇筑砼用架子及跑道巳搭设完毕并经检查合格。
振动器、棒经检验试运转合格。
3． 操作班组应根据工长技术交底的方案及施工验收规范的规定进行作业。
四、 操作工艺：
工艺流程：作业准备→砼运输→梁、柱、板、楼梯砼浇筑→养护。
作业准备：浇筑混凝土前应将模板内的垃圾、泥土等杂物及钢筋上的油污清除干净，并检查水泥砂浆垫块是否垫好。木模板应浇水湿润。柱子模板
