本技术交底适用于砖混结构，包括外砖内模和外板内模结构的构造柱、圈梁、板缝等现浇混凝土工程。
1．材料要求
(1)水泥；用325～425号矿渣硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥。
(2)砂：宜用粗砂或中砂。
(3)石子：构造柱、圈梁宜用粒径0.5～3.2厘米的卵石或碎石；板缝用粒径0.5～1.2厘米豆石或碎石。
(4)外加剂：根据要求选用早强剂和减水剂等。掺用时必须有试验依据。
2．作业条件
(1)混凝土配合比需经试验室确定，配合比通知单与现场使用材料相符。
(2)模板牢固、稳定，标高尺寸符合要求，模板缝隙最大不得超过2.5毫米，过大者应堵严，并办完预检手续。
(3)绑好钢筋并办完隐检手续。
(4)构造柱、圈梁及板缝施工缝接搓处的松散混凝土和砂浆，应剔凿清理并将模板内杂物清除干净。
(5)常温施工时，在混凝土浇灌前，砖墙、木模应提前适量浇水湿润，但不得有积水。
3．操作工艺
工艺流程：
