工程名称：洛阳歌剧院（人民会堂）
内容：
本工程为七层框架结构，标高-0.05m以上外墙，楼梯间用MU3非承重粘土空心砖，墙厚240；厕所及内隔墙用MU3非承重粘土空心砖，墙厚180；M5混合砂浆砌筑。
一、 施工准备
1、 砂：采用中砂，含泥量不得超过5%。
2、 空心砖：砖应提前浇水湿润。
