安装避雷装置的通知
                                      
    为避免大型机械设备、建筑物遭受雷击损害，请各单位制作安装避雷装置。
一、避雷装置安装范围
    1、龙门吊轨道、模板轨道、提梁机轨道；
    2、塔吊、搅拌机、竖井提升机；
    3、爆炸品料库；
    4、所有轨道要连接到一起，保证轨道不断。如轨道断开，应采用连接线连接。
二、安装要求
    1、避雷针采用φ25圆钢制作，其针尖须做成针式，并镀锡。
    2、引下线采用φ12圆钢，连接线采用φ12圆钢或16-25mm2铝线/铜线。
    3、引下导线的途径要尽量缩短，避免90º的弯折，引下导线及其固定装置要牢固地固定在建筑物上，固定装置的间距不能大于1.5m。
    4、各种接头采用焊接，焊接困难时采用螺栓连接。连接要焊接牢固，不能开焊脱节。
    5、接地体要选择在地势较低洼或经常潮湿的处所进行埋设。
    6、埋入地下的金属导体须距离建筑物或门口3m以上。
    7、接地体回填土前，须对接地电阻进行测定，接地电阻应不大于10Ω。
